Role as Art Director & Social Media Manager

This all started out as my summer internship. I began by running the Instagram page for the Rayz on the Bay location. After viewing the Insights of running the social media, I soon began running the social media for all three locations. This includes each location’s Facebook page, Sandusky Bay Browns Backers, and the Rayz Queen of Hearts page. My role as Marketing Director also includes events put on by the restaurants such as bike runs, holiday events, and community involvement.

 

Queen of Hearts

This is a branding project I did for the Rayz Queen of the Hearts. The Rayz Queen of Hearts is a raffle/game for customers to play when they come into any of the restaurant locations. Each week there are daily drawings, and whoever draws the Queen of Hearts, gets the jackpot. Below are brand marks and social media posts used to aid the marketing of the game.

Rayz on the Bay: Christmas in July

Last minute, I was able to convince Rayz on the Bay to throw on a Christmas in July. As a restaurant that is on the water, I knew this could be something very successful for the business. I came up with marketing incentives for people to come into the restaurant, designed the social media posts and t-shirts, and then made shirts for the employees and customers to purchase.
